This
project was the adaptive reuse of an existing building. The existing
three phase electric service was reused and the
distribution panel was expanded to serve the high bay
production/storage area, the connector link and the two story office
area. New general lighting and controls and exit and emergency lighting
was provided from new panelboards which serves production equipment,
HVAC equipment, elevator and receptacles throughout. The fire alarm
control panel was updated and expanded to serve the fit up of the
building.
