This new building was provided with two three phase services. Our design included roadway lighting, parking lot and landscape lighting and controls. General interior lighting and controls were provided including recessed fluorescent fixtures in office areas and metal halide fixtures in high bay production areas. Exit and emergency lighting was provided throughout. Raceways for telephone and data systems were provided. A complete fire alarm system was provided. The electrical distribution system serves panelboards, production equipment, HVAC systems and other utilization equipment and general receptacles throughout building.
Just recently a two story addition was completed with two three phase services. Our design included complete fit up of addition. Our lighting fixture selection of energy efficient fixtures and controls enabled the Owner to benefit from utility company rebate programs.
