This project was the adaptive reuse of what was originally a four story school building for senior housing. A  new three phase electric service was provided. Site lighting consist of pole mounted fixtures for parking areas and bollards to illuminate walkways complete with associated controls. The power distribution system serves the elevator and HVAC equipment including a chiller, as well as three large capacity electric water heaters. Each of the twenty two apartments are provided with a load center in each to serve loads within each apartment. General interior lighting and associated controls were provided in all common areas. Exit and emergency lighting was provided throughout. Fit up of each apartment was provided and includes lighting, receptacles, kitchen appliances, emergency call system, television and telephone outlets, single station smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. A complete fire alarm system was provided with supervision of the sprinkler system and connection to the municipal fire alarm system via master box.
