This project was
the adaptive reuse of an existing building. The building's three phase
electric service was revised and reused. New
general lighting fixtures and controls were provided throughout the
building in offices, kitchen, dining, production areas and Clean Room.
The distribution system serves production equipment, HVAC systems and general lighting with dry type
transformers to serve general receptacles.
Exit and emergency lighting was provided throughout from an existing
emergency generator and automatic transfer switch which was
supplemented with a new larger generator and automatic transfer switch.
Telephone and data outlets were provided throughout the building. A
complete new fire alarm system was provided for the building.
