This new building consists of an
underground parking garage, first floor retail spaces, second floor
office spaces, third through fifth floor are residential
units. Three phase electric services were provided for
the house distribution system, meter center serving retail
office and residential units, a service for the elevator and for the
fire pump. Distribution systems were provided for each service.
General lighting and controls were provided for the common spaces.
Decorative lighting and controls were provided outside the building.
Exit and emergency lighting was provided throughout the building. Power
wiring
was provided for all of the HVAC equipment. A fire alarm system for the
building was designed with interface to air handling system equipment
and the fire protection system.
