This design for a new building was provided with two three phase electric service. One service is dedicated to the fire pump and the other service serves the building. The distribution system serves the elevator, selected lighting and overhead door operators and dry type transformer for 120/208 Volt distribution system. An emergency generator with automatic transfer switch serves the building service. Exterior and interior lighting with controls are provided throughout. Power is provided for HVAC equipment, hose tower hoist, kitchen and laundry equipment, air compressor, water transfer pump, well pump and hose reels. General lighting and controls are provided throughout the building. A complete fire alarm system was provided.
