This project was the fit up of a tenant
space in a strip mall. The existing electric service and distribution
system was reused and circuit breakers in existing panelboards were
changed to suit new circuiting. The addition of a new panelboard was
necessary to suit additional circuiting needs. Power was provided to
tanning booths and beds and to all of the equipment in the cardio
area. General receptacles were provided throughout. Much of the
existing lighting was cleaned, relamped and reused with new
controls. In the remaining areas new lighting fixtures and controls
were provided. New exit and emergency lighting was provided. A time
clock and contactor provided controls for the outdoor signs.
