An addition to an
existing Hotel consisting of thirty eight guest rooms
with associated meeting rooms, kitchen, storage, mechanical space and
an elevator. Electric power and the fire alarm system was extended from
the original building. Our design included general lighting and
controls, exit and emergency lighting, general receptacles, power for
HVAC equipment, elevator and fit up of each guest room and meeting room.
