This new project was the adaptive reuse
of an existing 325,000
sf mill building for the most part converted to class A office space.
A new padmount
transformer provides power to two main switches which each
supply a metering switchboard where meters are located for each tenant
space. The House distribution system serves site lighting and controls
as well as common space lighting and controls, general receptacles, two
elevators, trash compactor, flush-o-meters,
lavatories
controls
and
hand dryers in all bathrooms. Exit and
emergency lighting was provided throughout. Some forty tenant fit ups were
provided. HVAC units were powered from tenant
spaces which they serve. A complete fire alarm system was provided.
